This happened nearly two weeks ago and it brought a bunch of important bug fixes with it. Nonetheless, the first time that Windows Insider Preview 16296 was issued was back on September 22 nd when it arrived in the Fast Ring. However, the question that’s sitting in everyone’s mind right now is why would Microsoft release this build now? This is a tough question to answer and we might need to wait for Microsoft itself to release a statement. The reason behind this is that as every Microsoft fan already knows, this is not the final build of the Fall Creators Update or Windows 10 version 1709.Įven though this major software update might not be the final and public version of Windows 10, it does show us that Microsoft is getting closer to a final product. Microsoft released the Windows 10 Insider Preview build 16296 ISO on October 3 rd and everyone was left confused. While Microsoft is usually known as straight forward company, these couple of days have been nothing but confusing for fans.
